“Richard Gertler provides sound, powerful counsel to private parties and commercial entities navigating the business world. I have had the distinct pleasure of co-counseling clients with Richard and appreciate his hands-on, hand-crafted approach. Whether a fledgling business or established entity, Richard’s wealth of experience benefits his clients by anticipating issues which translates into saving costly time and resources. I hesitate to describe Richard as a general practitioner because the term fails to capture the full scope of Richard’s expertise ranging from trusted business advisor through seasoned state and federal litigator. Without hesitation, I recommend and endorse the legal skills and acumen of Richard Gertler.”
