John M. Pullman assists our lawyers in representing our clients in connection with various matters, including corporate, securities, financing, borrowing and merger & acquisition transactions, commercial contracts, research and other legal matters. 

Mr. Pullman is a:

• Member of the International Cannabis Bar Association.
• Member of the Cannabis Association of New York.

Mr. Pullman received a:

• J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2022, where he served as a Senior Editor of the Georgetown Environmental Law Journal.
• B.S., cum laude, from University of South Carolina Honors College in 2019.

Mr. Pullman is admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
